I could be wrong, but I think the original poster meant, making yoghurt out of almond milk instead of cow's milk, rather than flavoring the cow's milk yoghurt with almonds.
Personally I have only made yoghurt out of cow's milk, so I don't know if it's possible with almond milk or not.
